Maybe the tourism campaign should capitalize on the city's descent into lawless anarchy. You know, appeal to fans of the Hunger Games with a real-life dystopian nightmare.

When Broadway and other attractions reopen (and stay open), sure. Going there now would be totally pointless.

Choosing between NYC and ISIS camp I'd choose ISIS camp. It's safer.

Silly? Really? Better be careful when you're there.

And this is just one week:

"All but one of the seven major felony categories spiked between March 22 and March 28 — accounting for nearly a 40 percent increase overall — according to the NYPD’s newest CompStat report.
Eight murders were reported last week — compared to six during that period last year — about a 33 percent increase, the figures show.
Reported rapes jumped a whopping 125 percent — from 16 to 36, according to the data.
A total of 358 felonious assaults were reported last week, about a 23 percent increase from the 290
Reported robberies jumped nearly 9 percent, from 179 to 195.
Grand larcenies also saw a significant spike — about 97 percent — from 336 to 663.
And auto thefts jumped from 101 to 144, about a 42.6 rise.

And judging from the Corruptness of NY, Local and State Politicians to be honest with the numbers, I'm sure the true numbers are a order of magnitude larger. Diblasio and Cuomo, the most Corrupt Politicians in the country.

Who’s paying the $30 million for the campaign? Certainly not all the people fleeing. Nor the welfare recipients.

As much as people talk **** about my hometown Los Angeles, LA is still 10x better than NYC.

The mayor and LAPD leaderships maybe liberals, but they are not going tolerate roaming BLM mobs harassing and threatening customers eating at restaurants.

That’s not how you lure in tourists

We used to like visiting NYC once a year. During our visits, we would see plays, visit museums and try new restaurants. Often, we would hop on the LIRR to pay a visit to family members. Sometimes I would get together with friends who live in the city.

This year, sadly, we won't be visiting due to all the woke BS that's happening in addition new bull puckey laws that hamstring the cops.

I don't see things changing for the better anytime soon. The city is filled with low information voters who vote for anything with a D next to their names. (Well...I have to give Staten Island credit for electing a republican congresswoman).

Recently, a friend who lives in Queens told me that she and her husband were driving through Forest Hills and got caught in a BLM riot. The rioters were breaking car windows and the cops did nothing. Fortunately my friend and her husband's car was spared any damage. Needless to say, they are planning to leave NYC as soon as possible.
