Humans didn’t care about life before covid, and they damn sure don’t care about life during it.

I'll tell ya, it was not my job and salary that allowed me to accumulate enough wealth to retire early.
Folks need an income stream once they retire and SS is only one small piece.

I don't think you read the article correctly.

It's based on income and starts at $445,850 of income. Annual income, not investment profits.
