That being said, the trial was a farce from the start. I WOULD NEVER LIVE in one of those ******* states...can you imagine what could happen to YOU and / or YOUR FAMILY?? ---------FORCED TO LIVE BY MOB RULE ~

If you CAN'T HANDLE other peoples opinion, why are you even here?

Well then let's hear Brett or one of his defenders explain what charges Chauvin was convicted on require intent as a condition to prove 'guilty as charged', cite the specific statute and its wording.


It's not uncommon for the "letter of the law" to be different than what we'd expect.

Maybe Brett should have taken the time to read the charges that Chauvin was found guilty of, none of them required intent.
