How about if you provide links. Because for the VAST majority of the recent ones the only folks saying nonsense about this, has mostly been false claims about what liberals say or think on the matter.
If a cop has a good shoot-thats it from pretty much everyone. Sure you can find some tiny number of folks who say "oh no that cop shouldnt have shot that person stabbing people"...but thats not representative AT ALL of the larger group. And you try to conflate that with some other incidents where cops behaved badly.
Yall are so desperate to insult liberals that you're literally making up what they believe.
BTW-most of the things the original poster is talking about? Not said by a democrat. I think the person they're talking about is either a libertarian, or a Republican.
How about the idea of sending a counselor to defuse the situation?
They tell us that the mere presence of the Police puts everyone on edge which makes them more prone to violence and lashing out. Sooo maybe when 911 was called and the Police responded they should have sat in the car and let the fight, argument, domestic disturbance, just some kids playing with a knife like all kids do or what ever else they tell us is "normal" play out?
Here is an idea. Instead of the media talking to relatives of the knife wielder which of course condemn the actions of the cop as racist why don't they ask the would be victim if she is relieved that she was not stabbed. She might actually be thankful that the cop was there and saved her.
Let's listen to the victims and stop hearing from the criminals.
Based on what I have read and seen...here are the idiotic "ideas" from lamebrain fools:
1. Fire a warning shot
2. Use taser
3. Do nothing
4. talk her down

You don’t need to do anything unless you are being attacked. If you are you can probably use the taser if in close range. If farther away you can order the person to put hands up. No need to shoot someone unless you are being fired at.
