It depends on who wins the game on the Left. Will it be the Dairy and Meat associations, Far-left environmentalists, or the green energy lobbies and businesses? Who can have the most sway with money or politics.

No, that is true. Whoever has the most influence one way or another will win this battle. I think that is yet to be seen, but I would still put my money on the meat and dairy industries. Huge money and lots of influence there. Meat eaters likely don't have to worry about that quite yet. It is something to keep an eye on though.

The green new deal does and so does the RESET cabal of the World Economic Forum.

They want to control what we get to eat.

Watch how confinement raised meat is produced and it wont seem so appealing. We would need a planet several times larger to raise enough grass fed livestock to supply the demand. Or do you mean grass fed meat for only for the 1%rs???

As to subsidies, grain has long been subsidized, remember Earl Butz, Sec of AG under Nixon and his "get big or get out" speech. Shortly after soda pop went to HFCS (from subsidized corn) rather than sugar from sugar cane. I noticed the change and stopped drinking soda pop, he did me a real favor.

Oh and that confinement livestock is fed/fattened on this cheap SUBSIDIZED grain. Thats what has kept price down.

So all you conservatives out there must agree, we should just stop subsidizing grain! Right? LOL

We shouldn’t subsidize food if we’re still buying it from stores. We’re paying for food TWICE. If food needs to be subsidized by the billions, go all the way and let farmers become government employees.
