Indoors is the most unhealthy place to be. I always sleep with the windows open if temperature allows.

Um, you know an allergy comes from an overactive immune system right ?

You understand why that fundamentally makes everything you said wrong then ?

/thread.

Allergies come from an immune system "out of whack." And scientific evidence has shown that babies who grow up in 'sterile' environments, are more likely to develop allergies as adults. The kind of widespread allergies we have in the USA are practically unheard of in the developing world. And they have better immune systems.

LMFAO, NO.

Allergies come from the immune system defending your body against things it normally would not, but it does this because of genetics.

You arent going to develop a peanut allergy because you didnt go outside for a year.

The few times people develop non genetic allergies, it happens because of outside forces, like getting a virus.........

You should shut up and read this: ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pmc/articles/PMC6021584/

Because you don't know what you're talking about.

For starters -->

Migrant studies also suggest a strong environmental influence on food allergy risk. Du Toit et al.20 found that Jewish children living in the UK who avoided peanuts in the first year of life had a 10-fold higher risk of peanut allergy compared to Jewish children living in Israel, in whom peanuts were introduced early in infancy.20

How does this prove your point? The point all along is the widespread exposure to pathogens (and in this case food) leads to an reduction in allergies if done in infants.

The point all along were there are more allergies in the west than in the developing world due to sterile environments.
