I consider eating and walking pretty basic functions for an adult. Oh and getting to the bathroom by herself and not wear a diaper?

Her recovery will likely never be 100% and she's upset about that. Go figure.
I've known people who got strokes who basically were that bad, and they were so gone, they weren't talking about anything coherent. My godmother (who got a stroke and ended up dying 3 years later) would talk about her long dead sisters, and she still could eat and use the bathroom on her own.

I'm not saying you're lying, or exaggerating. But I'm suspicious she could be so badly damaged and still be coherent.

If you're high risk, at this point the onus is upon you to stay home. The rest of the planet is past-due for some living.

I'm balancing risk of getting the virus and the risk of getting very sick.

Those risks are minimal given I'm vaccinated and more are vaccinated. Also I don't go to a whole bunch of places with lots of people for lots of time.....not likely to pick up the virus, so not likely to spread it.

Let's be kind to those that need time to adapt. We all have different stress levels, anxiety tolerances.....

It's not a good idea to spike the football before you get to the end zone.

The CDC is ADVISING.....that is not enforcing anything -- it's a guideline.

Nobody is suggesting a tracking system except for people planting the seed to get folks talking as if it is on the table.

It isn't

That's good advice for everyday life. I won't argue against it. That's not what I'm doing here, however.

That's what Fauci told Congress and when asked.."how many cases is low enough"...would not answer.

It was all supposed to be about flattening the curve.

Now it's about eradicating it via vaccination which will never happen IMO.

So you think this decision by Biden's handlers to tell the CDC what to say is politically motivated?
