Yes, it's SO much better now that it's being used as a political arm of the White House under Harris/Biden, isn't it.
I mean, it's been more than four years since Obama and Eric Holder developed the technique of using the DOJ as a personal strike force against conservatives.
Now that the Department of Justice isn't being used as a political arm of the White House under Bill Barr & Trump, federal authorities are once again free to conduct unbiased, impartial investigations.
So you are well aware the DOJ is political. Natural conclusion is that it is now being used as a political arm of the White House under Garland and Biden.
It is all simply speculation about what the district attorney's office have been investigating. I assume something to do with Mr. Guliani's transactions with Ukraine, but that is simply a guess.
Heck, it may be something totally different, like concerning the late Mr. Eppstein.
It's a fishing expedition because he was involved with Biden and the Ukraine corruption.
Hopefully Giuliani knew it was coming.

I think you have it backwards. You have to investigate to get evidence. There is plenty of probable cause to get search warrants for Hunter Biden's electronic devices. The question you should be asking is, why haven't you heard of search warrants for Hunter Biden's electronic devices?
