Do the work yourself? What's the matter, too lazy?
What makes you think I don’t do much of the work myself. I don’t sit in the office all day doing coke with a secretary siting on my lap. What do you think Im Hunter biden

Pull yourself up by the bootstraps. Isn't that your mantra?
Adjust your business model. Asking businesses to pay living wages is not unreasonable
Again...it’s kind of hard to compete when you’re playing by rules paying for worker comp, insurance, etc...and many of your competitors are using illegals paying cash under the table...thanks to you lefties with your open border policies

They'll tell you that if you can't afford to pay your employees $<whatever arbitrary value they choose that day> per hour, then you don't know how to run a business.
And this argument ALWAYS comes from people who have never run a business. As far as I can tell, none have even been in a management position of any kind. I've asked.
Sometimes it's a person running an established business who is paying all of their employees $15 or more. What they don't tell you though is that when they were starting out they paid very low "non livable" wages and can only afford the higher wages now that their business has expanded and become established.
Of course now someone will chime in and say "well ackshually...adjusted for inflation I paid over $15 an hour right from the beginning" but they are either full of it or leaving out some vital details, like they used capital from an investor or a previous business venture to start their new business.
