Problem is that all of the things you listed weren't fabricated to be used as weapons.
Please explain what other purpose a machine gun has besides injuring or killing people?
What they end up being used for is what defines them in the case of murder or assault.
The action is the person behind the weapon, not the weapon itself.
Remember during the previous "AWB" when they forgot that there would still be "AWs" out in the general public. Three years into the "AWB" the North Hollywood bank robbery occurred. The perps has fully auto AWs with armour piercing bullets. The cops had handguns and not much else. They had to go to the FFL dealers and arm themselves with more lethal means. That's why bans are stupid. If banning weapons really worked the world would be an amazingly wonderful place. The problem is it only takes one person to commit the crime of using a weapon that is "banned" and everyone else is a FUBAR victim. That is the whole point of "peace through strength."
He's going to outlaw home builds, too. Time to stock up on parts, if you can afford to.

Unless you ban/confiscate existing home builds with no serial numbers, how do you tell the difference between a home build assembled before or after the ban?

Seriously, democrats like to call anyone that disagrees with them Nazis, but yet they are literally going by the Nazi play book. Indoctrination of the youths in schools, making it where only federal governments are the law enforcers and are armed. Using racism and prejudiceness to decide who should get preferential treatment with employment, housing and food.

Baseball bat - lets ban MLB
Hammer - close all Home Depots
Cue Stick - no more pool halls
Cars - goodbye Motor City
Have you not noticed, in liberal run cities they will let the hardened criminals walk free but will lock up the citizen who dares to defend themselves against these criminals. They want you to lock yourself up in a bathroom and call the police. But at the same time they want to defund the police and turn them into the criminals.
You say it didn`t work before without providing any evidence that it didn`t. Can you prove that no assault weapon that would have been sold in those 10 years would have been used criminally? No you cannot. Since the ban expired, crimes committed using assault weapons have soared.
Remember when the Democrats massacred over 80 innocent people at Waco, TX, all because of some alleged firearm violations which later turned out not to be true?
Or how so many young Black men are in prison because of illegal gun possessions? Lil Wayne was arrested for this. To think, most Black men wouldn't have rap sheets if we got rid of the unconstitutional gun and drug possession charges.
Prison should only be for the major crimes. Murder, assault, theft, rape, kidnapping, human trafficking, animal cruelty, corruption.
