If Gaetz showed up anywhere, it would be in the proffer session that preceded the formal plea hearing where Greenberg told prosecutors everything he knew. If he didn't have receipts to prove his allegations, he would be facing more charges, not bargaining down. The fact that 27 indictments were dismissed speaks volumes about the quantity and quality of the information he brought to the proffer session.

Gaetz is only one of the possible candidates. There are probably several high profile Florida politicians in the mix as well.

Get your popcorn handy. This is going to get interesting.
No, it's not.

Gaetz produced easy evidence for investigators with those electronic payments. There were also times when he used ATMs at hotels to pay the girls for sex at those hotels, per reports.

Source?

Greenburg had legal troubles all his own.

He's a jailhouse stoolie.

He'll say anything to get out of his own legal troubles.

Oh yes its very likely to get very interesting. The feds gave a chomo a lighter sentence for cooperation. Clearly they are not done.

So if Goatz is as pure as the driven snow why was he palling around with a dirtbag like Greenberg?

With the numberof charges Greenberg was facing, thus is s pretty good deak fir him. So you have to suspect he has some goods on "bigger fish". I wanted to note that Gaetz' name was not included to be fair. Although it is expected this shows traction in the investigation against Gaetz, that is just an inference. So I wanted to make sur it was clear he didn't name Gaetz.

You seem confused on this. Greenberg plead guilty to charges brought against him. Gaetz' name would not be brought up at this time. No other names were brought up yet clearly there could be more shoes to drop.

The feds are not commenting or revealing what exactly they are investigating beyond Greenberg. However Greenberg signed a plea deal to cooperate with the investigation which means the feds are not done yet.

Yes its a good deal for Greenberg. Sort of. He will serve a minimum of 12 years in prison. That is hard time. But I suppose it could have been worse. And he must have something to offer. We will see what that is soon enough.

Gaetz wouldn't be mentioned in Greenberg's plea.
