Was there any actual wording in the bill regarding Whites vs minorities ?

Do you even know what systemic (institutional) racism means ?

This is an important precedent to see if the Left's justification of racial spoils is going to get past the Supreme Court. I agree that there was racism in the past against blacks but hard to now go back and try to racially discriminate to adjust perceived past wrongs.

Like CFAP payments, MFP payments were tied to production, so the largest and most successful producers collected the vast majority of the funding. Smith & Sons, based in Bishop, Tex., got total MFP payments of more than $3.2 million.
Payment to production. So, according to you, those who produce less should get more than those who produce more?

Can't get any more "institutionalized" than the Federal Government for race based rules/benefits.
That's what I'm saying. Democrats are the systemic racism they claim to oppose. They are the arsonists trying to pass themselves off as the firefighters.

“Produce more” just means corporate farms, not family farms.

Democrats are racists, when it was fashionable to be racist to blacks they were racist to blacks and now that it's fashionable to be racist against whites, they're racists against whites.

Only “socially disadvantaged” farmers may apply for some of the $4 billion in loan-forgiveness funds, which include direct payments to farmers of up to 20% of the value of the loan. Specifically, the law says those eligible must be “Black/African American, American Indian or Alaskan native, Hispanic or Latino, or Asian American or Pacific Islander.”

So everyone except white. White Jim Crow is not systemic racism or color supremacy though .

What should he have complained about? Regardless, this bill of the Democrats' is blatantly unconstitutional on its face. Let's see which judges disgrace themselves by claiming that it isn't.

No it doesn't.

..Both of these definitions focus on ownership of the business and not on farming practices or farm size. In fact, according to the USDA’s Census of Agriculture, some family farms are very large, reaching sales of more than 5 million dollars, and half of nonfamily farms have less than $35,000 in sales per year....

Oftentimes, the people who think of large farms as “factory farms” or corporate-owned are the ones who have never been to a farm and don’t know any farmers personally. The best way to get the facts is to talk to someone like me – a family farmer! What questions do you have?

Dairy farms, regardless of their size, may be perceived as faceless corporations. However, USDA research indicates otherwise. More than 97 percent of the nation’s 47,000 dairy farms are family owned and operated. Mellema’s farm – Full Circle Jerseys – is no exception. His three sons work on the farm and his wife, Misty, handles all accounting and bookkeeping duties.
