Why would we want to give benefits to domestic terrorists?
A label/assessment is different than a trial with evidence & guilty verdict.
If they actually broke the law, were tried and found guilty and the VA/trial judge determines forfeiting benefits is part of the punishment only then take or suspend their benefits.
