The CDC says that wearing masks outdoors isn’t necessary.
If you aren't in proximity to others you don't need a mask, that wasn't the case at the Derby.
When the Hindu festival began April 12 in India they were running 180,000 cases a day now they are at 400,000 per day. Looking at those pictures of the Hindu festival which was attended by millions you would have to believe they where crazy.

Not too many people wearing masks or social distancing except the jockeys even though there was a mask policy that was supposed to be enforced.
