And slowly, slowly regaining some more of the international trust and respect (but probably never again regaining entirely what it used to have) that was lost during the Treacherous Trump administration.

Peace for who though? Trump led to an increase in autocracies and political violence globally and inspired if not directly incited a fascist assault on Congress at home. That the US ever supported a person like that will be a stain on us for a long time.
