That simply isn't true. Just check Russia, France, Saudi Arabia, South Korea, the UAE, Israel, Japan, etc... and tell us again that they love Biden and today's USA.

Shocker. Other countries rejoice that the US now has spineless leadership whose policies will turn us into a 3rd world country. It's win-win for them. The real question is why any American would be happy about this? Why are you happy about this? Do you yearn for a drastically lower standard of living?
