Actually that does look pretty reasonable. Wonder why TN would want to block that?

Oh puhleeeeze.
Racists come in every color and live in every state.
Confederate flags have little to do with it.
Keep up. Tennessee is filled with people who have fled destroyed northern blue states. It's the same in SC, NC, GA, FL, most of the Southeast.

Of course it does, this comment just proves that many who would be up in arms about banning critical race theory don't actually understand the poison that critical race theory actually is. It's quite literally cultivating racism.

Of course racists come in every color. You are right that TN is becoming filled with people from blue states. Even those of us from other red states have relocated here. Maybe we'll start having a good influence.

If the lessons on systemic racism are so reasonable, why in the world would TN want to block them ?

SMH, no, you again fail to understand what you are talking about here, what you said was reasonable was the BAN, not what was being taught.

Critical race theory teaches racial superiority, it teaches that people are inherently privileged, racist, sexist, or oppressive based soley on their race or sex, it teaches that people of certain races or sexes should be discriminated against to atone for perceived injustices they had nothing to do with, it teaches that moral character is determined by a person's race or sex, it teaches that a person bears responsibility for past actions by other members of their race or sex.....I mean the list goes on.

It teaches children hatred.

It's not teaching children ABOUT systemic racism, it's teaching children to engage in systemic racism.

Teaching critical race theory is the equivalent of letting the KKK set the history curriculum.
All I know is that children in school have never really been taught the history of what has gone on in this country regarding racism and the treatment of others who are other than white.

Good for them. This programing of children in schools by leftists is out of control!
I believe Desantis did this too in his state. I hope more do the same.

Not only do you not know that, it's not true. You do know the 1619 project is false information right? It's quite literally nothing but propaganda using an inaccurate retelling of history to radicalize people stupid enough to buy into it.

As a result of critical race theory and outright BS like the 1619 project the quality of history courses in high schools across the country are often superior to those being taught in colleges as sad as that is.

When you have academia dominated by those who believe it is more important to be "morally correct" rather than "factually correct", this is the kind of thing that is inevitable.

Oh really? I remember covering the civil war in history class and learning all about it. Maybe your school just sucked.
