I would say united in their approach to get rid of anyone that announces in public that the election was legitimate. Remember McCarthy's first reaction in Jan. and then his hurried trip to see Trump and his rapid flip flop? Trump wants to clear the party of anyone who acknowledges that the election was fair and legitimate. Don't kid yourselves. Trump knows the election was fair and legitimate too but this is an issue that is gaining steam. Ar least in his mind. I mean, he's got nothin.' But this issue is making some $$$ for the R's. Trump can not acknowledge the election was fair because that would make him a LOSER.
The current R's are afraid that people in the party might actually listen to the Cheney's and it will rub off on them. You know, like be "enlightened". Cancel out any member of the party who does not fall in with Trump.
