So what? I'm vaccinated, so is my family. And EVERYBODY above age 15 is eligible to get it. Going to take time to distribute enough of these doses to immunize everybody who wants one, but we're on the way. By the end of the year, we will have a big mask-burning party. Because by then, everybody who wants the vaccine will have gotten it. The people who refuse them don't matter. They are endangering nobody but themselves. That's their choice.

I refuse to answer personal questions about my medical history unless the person asking me is someone I care about, am related to, or is a medical professional. That goes for ANY medical issue and my position on this matter is completely unrelated to any indication of whether I've actually had the shot or not.

There is no "society" free of viruses or communicable diseases. We are human beings with immune systems.

We have to live with them and protect the most vulnerable.

Not restrict those with healthy immune systems and the ability of their bodies to fight it off on their own.

You don’t live by using reason at all? You should change that.

I had a close, near and dear family member say to me:

"I'm getting the vaccine because I sure don't want to be hooked up to a ventilator if I get Covid-19!"

As if everyone who gets the virus ends up on a ventilator. And this an "educated" person that should really know better.

I was very tempted to ask him if he was considering perhaps losing the extra 80 pounds or so he is carrying around his gut, and maybe foregoing his steady diet of fatty fast food, sugary sweets, and beer in order to avoid the "ventilator" that is more likely in his future due to his much more increased chances of heart failure and diabetes due to these poor lifestyle choices, rather than a virus that is 99% survivable.

They've been telling us that for a year. We've heard again and again .... insanely transmissible!!!! highly infectious!!!! everyone is sick!!!! most will die!!!!!

Please explain how all the Orlando theme parks as well as all the other supportive businesses in the area along with an international airport have been open almost a year ... and no outbreaks? Millions and millions of people ... the Hulk roller coaster alone has a "theoretical hourly capacity of 1,920 riders per hour" plus all those people standing in line. And yes it runs at capacity because of weight issues.

I've asked this question multiple times. No one has an answer. No one can explain how all those bodies crammed into all those parks, rides, shows, restaurants, bars, retail shops, public shuttles, hotel pools, taxis, and airplanes .... not. one. outbreak.

The two ideas are not compatible.

When that happens, it usually means one of the premises? Is WRONG.

I'll let you figure it out.
