Well, it was just a matter of time before it would come to light that Chauvin never got a fair trial when you had Jurors who pretty much had him convicted before he ever got to trial...

I guess these means all the psycho Democrats BLM and Antifa will begin rioting again.

The lawyer for ex-Minneapolis cop Derek Chauvin is requesting a new trial in the death of George Floyd — claiming the guilty verdict against his client was tainted by a threatened and “intimidated” jury.

In papers filed Tuesday in Hennepin County Court, attorney Eric Nelson argues that Chauvin’s murder trial should have been moved to a different city, and said publicity surrounding the trial was “pervasive” and “prejudicial.”

“The court abused its discretion when it failed to sequester the jury for the duration of the trial, or in the least, admonish them to avoid all media, which resulted in jury exposure to prejudicial publicity regarding the trial during the proceedings,” Nelson wrote, “as well as jury intimidation and potential fear of retribution among jurors….”

Right on! Maybe this time he will actually get a chance at a fair trial. Hope they force a change of venue as well as sequester the jury fully this time. Chauvin deserves a fair trial and justice this time around.

If a new trial is ordered, Minneapolis will burn.

Again.

Along with a number of other cities.

And "woke" mayors and police chiefs will all kowtow obsequiously to the people organizing the riots and carrying them out, surrendering and giving them what they want in hopes the mob won't hurt them.

Again.

Let it burn and let them live in the cesspool they create.

I wouldnt get too worried about any of it either way until its heard. The appeal court is surprisingly likely to dismiss the appeal

Theres no way the state would allow another trial. Another trial would mean there's actually a fair legal system in Minnesota. We can't have this no way.

And they embrace a serial criminal, thug, drug abuser, etc..., in degenerate Floyd, along with a bunch of thugs who have caused a billion+ $$$ and counting in damages for the past year +.
