No, that's not all it will do. They will claim kids of color are severely disadvantaged (which they will be) and they will funnel more and more money to the schools which will get stolen by the administrators as it often is.

Yep, like they do in places like DC. Highest spending, worst performing Apparently, for Democrats spending gobs of money only works if the students are white.
