There were no "revisions" to the actual Census - which, I might add, is the only thing that counts. If there were revisions to the estimates:
1) The estimates are inconsequential because they do not count for anything, and:
2) They took place in December, when Trump was president.

NY and NJ alone had almost 1.3 million people more than was estimated. The northeast as a whole had more than 1.9 million more people than estimated.

The fleeing of northeastern states because of liberalism has been greatly overstated.

So, NY, and NJ, the two most corrupt States in the country have more Democrats? What's New? Maybe you can run Cuomo for Pres next time

Who knows. December estimate revisions so that was Trump Census Bureau. If the allegation is that Trump didn't like the results so the census bureau changed the results because Trump didn't like them, not sure why Trump would want the census bureau to change the results to as the OP says favor democrats.

It wouldn't surprise me at all that the Trump administration made some fishy changes that needed to be corrected.

The established government workers exist prior to and after any one president. I'm not sure I would put any energy into thinking they make decisions based on who the president is. I think it goes well beyond that. There is more at stake.
