The FBI has already confirmed that the hackers are a group call the "Darkside," who have put out a public comment saying they are apolitical and interested only in money, and that they don't target governments, schools, or medical facilities. It has been all over the news, even our crappy news.

no POTUS can ctl it. However, this is under Joe's admin. He needs to do something and fixes it. Base on US border crossing, we should see MSM downplaying it and Fed handing out $ and gas.
