Isn't legally attaining a concealed carry permit extremely hard in NYC ? And i thought open carry was illegal there ? How did this happen ?
I know, I was thinking the same thing. the suspect(s) must be either retired law enforcement or maybe know a judge? That should help narrow it down a bit

Same folks that wrap their heads around illegal driving without a license or insurance and how common it is....that these (very likely) gang members are going to follow any laws lol.
Hopefully the NY gang or gun crime task force is on the case and....oh wait, they were disbanded. BLM!
