This legislation does NOT do that. It just removes them from the Early Voting Preference List if you fail to vote at least ONE time in the last FOUR years. They can still vote in the election if they have the desire to.

We don't repeal a license for non-driving, but every License has an Expiration Date, If you fail to indicate you want to continue to drive by renewing your license it will expire. If you let it expire you will be required to reapply for a new license.
