What do you think, leftists? Should we throw the kid in a classroom full of high-on-crack losers from the ghetto and tell him that he SHALL NOT EXCEL (thus making the other kiddies look bad) and will only sit and listen to the riot in the classroom over whether two plus two is four or not? And of course listen to the teacher tell him the game of life is stacked against him because of his skin and he may as well just go steal a crack pipe and light 'er up. Right?
Nice post. Rather than encourage assimilation into a healthy culture that promotes work, obeying the law, personal growth, and achieving and excelling in life, we tell them they are victims, give them handouts, and trigger anger and a sense of entitlement which destroys any future they might have. I don't know how the left doesn't see that their policy choices when it comes to minorities are an utter failure.
Teach a person to fish, don't give them fish. Also if you are part of a culture that is naturally violent and breaks laws, suck it up and improve rather than condoning the criminal behavior because wahhh they are so oppressed. They are anything but oppressed. They are given preference in hiring quotas and given every opportunity to escape their situation but the left wants victims so they keep voting democrat. If they refuse to hold a job because they never show up, show up late, and call in sick half the time, what are we to do? The left tells them they are oppressed. Whatever. Misguided policy failures at every level of democrat governance.
