Obama was a terrible president the first two times and the third is even worse.
President Carter will be vindicated and Biden will replace Carter as the least effective President of modern times. Fortunately, the Republicans will wipe out the Dems in 2022 and save Biden's ass just as Republicans saved Obama and Clinton Presidency's.
