Last I checked employees of those three agencies had pretty high education levels - or are you claiming it is only their cleaning people that are not vaccinated?

Bottom line is no one knows. The Federal Government is not requiring its employees to vaccinate and does not ask employees. What they do know is the number of employees who have been vaccinated at their employment facilities.
My husband’s employer made clear those who don’t want to vaccinate should look for employment elsewhere. It brought a vaccine clinic into the office to make it easier. Turnout was poor. Most employees have been working from hime for the past year and were independently vaccinated as they became eligible.

Well, that's exactly what I'm saying. It's based on completely voluntary self reporting. At my work everybody I know is vaccinated but the employer's count would be based only on whoever reported.

You do understand that a person in such fragile health would be vulnerable to any virus and bacteria out there, right?
Covid is by far not their only concern. They knew how to protect themselves well before Covid came into the picture and they will continue to do just that.
