Even the courts don’t know what to do with these hardened kids. He is a kid. Put him in Juvee, you make him worse, but leave him unpunished on the street and he learns he can get away with anything.
There is no politically palatable solution for this criminal or for millions more like him. Hopefully he will catch a bullet from another criminal before he causes too much more mayhem.
I think he should have been released into the custody of some kind of juvenile correction facility. It is obvious that his mother either has no interest in her son or has been helpless to control him.
Exactly!! While he might be eleven years old he's shown to be very dangerous. Unless he's put into a juvenile correction faculty it's just a matter of time before he seriously hurts or kills someone.
You can't do that either. If he hasn't murdered anyone, and he's a minor, you can't lock up said kid for life. Again, come up with a solution that is within Constitutional/legal means.
if it were up to me i would take him out for good.
Military school? Might give him some needed discipline and something to be a part of other than the street.
I've brought up military school a few times as an option. It's something I could agree on. I've said that it would given him the discipline that his home life wouldn't give him. And get him far away from the city.
Why is it that again and again and again and again and again and again, it's blacks attacking Asians?
Probably alot of anger and resentment towards Asians. Go look up the 1992 LA riots. Alot of Korean-owned businesses got torched in the riot. Racial tensions between Blacks and Asians had been building up before that. And the persons doing the attacking are mostly underclass types. You don't see any middle class or working class Black person doing this. You see thugs and underclass persons doing this crap.
Best way to deal with that 11 year old: Take him away from his mother. Make sure his mother permanently loses custody of him. Put him in juvenile hall for a time. After that, put him in a military school. He needs to be punished. He also needs some discipline and to be detoxed from all of that crap he learned.

When you said "no politically palatable solution", to me this translates as "no solution that is Constitutional".
