I have no intention of defending Trump's permanent ban from Twitter. I understand the temporary suspension on January 6, but I disagree with the permanent ban. But there is clearly a difference between an opinion like "the world today needs Hitler" and someone asserting that there was rampant fraud in an election that made the result illegitimate. If one asserts something as fact, then it is an assertion of fact, not an opinion. It might be an untruth if the proponent has a bona fide belief that is true, or a lie if it is an assertion the proponent actually knows is not true, but both are different from an opinion.
I wonder if they 'warned' him and that's why he deleted it.
He should be suspended.
BUT --- he didn't repeat a lie, he expressed a disgusting opinion. People don't get banned for their stupid ideas.....they get banned for repeating lies, or attacking individuals.

You are right, this guy is only showing support to a person that was a leader of a Country. Where that person worked for the extermination of an entire race by rounding them up, taking their possessions, putting them into concentration camps. Where those people were either executed right off the bat, forced into hard labor, or were subjected to medical experiments.
But it's a fine line..Yea if that line was the width of an 8 lane freeway.
I would be surprised if this guy got anything more than a "wink-wink" verbal warning for his post.
