Texas Election Audit Demanded by Trump Fails to Find Significant Voting Issues
https://www.newsweek.com/texas-elect...issues-1664815

Nothing was found in Texas, Georgia or Arizona. It is past time to admit that the last administration is the reason why we are so divided as a country. Not that there were not divisions...there were. But nobody has used us with such intention to hate one another with lies like this. If you care about a country, you do not lie to its people. If you care about power, you divide and try to conquer.

We may not agree as a country on everything, but attempts to overturn elections by the people is not American or patriotic.

Trump supporters would quite vastly disagree, but it would sure help the country a lot if Trump would simply concede defeat at long last and apologize to the country for taking so long to do so.

It's time to move on. If Republicans lost it's because of their own complacency. Maybe play the game more aggressively in the future and stop being pushovers. Go out and harvest like the Democrats do. Do what it takes to win like they do, and stop listening to their criticisms of things they themselves do.

Like it or not in nature the strong and cunning are the ones who survive and thrive. This playing fair mentality will end up with you losing. Have you not seen how the game works yet?

By complacency I'm talking about them waiting until after they lost to start complaining about violation of election laws in states like Wisconsin, or complaining about things like Amendment A passing and then suing to overturn it after the fact. In the courts there is something called doctrine of laches...its supposed to punish complacency. Republicans in Wisconsin lost the state due to their own complacency in letting Democrats get away with election law violations. Period. I know because Belling was complaining about it on his show more than a month before the election, imploring the state legislature and election commission to do something about it which they did not.

If this can happen in WI no doubt it happened in other states. Republican complacency.

Republicans did lose. It wasn't because of their own complacency, it is because there are fewer of them.

Republicans complacent?

Good grief.

They've done everything but set fire to the Capitol.

I’m not “republican” I lean more libertarian. I can absolutely 100% assure you with the absolute dismantling and lunacy of the left and Democrats thinking they’re taking over this country and changing it Into something it was never intended to be, there will be no questions during the 2022 or 2024 election.’s. In fact, many experts are predicting a historical switching of seats in Congress in one of the greatest landslide election in American history. So enjoy the next few months because that’s all you’ve got left.

It's amazing how blatant Republicans have become in their attempts to overturn future elections.

I am neither Republican or Democrat. I am a Georgia voter who won't be supporting the GOP in 2022 because of this insane Hell they unleashed on our country led by the last administration. Until that influence is gone, I won't be there to enable it.

Predictions this far out are not reliable. The current generic congressional ballot average poll is +2.5 for Republicans. You would need a +8 to +10 to be a landslide. You may be right. But I wouldn't bet the house until the votes are counted. Not everyone in the middle is happy with what went down on Jan. 6th.

To say only the last Administration lied is false. Our current President has told one lie after another since the start of the Afghanistan disaster, in which thirteen people were killed due to his stupidity.

I guess we know that you're not voting for Ms. Abrams for Governor next year, then, as she still insists she won the 2018 Governorship.

What kind of stuff did they unleash on our country? Less regulations? Lower taxes? A Covid-19 vaccine that the Democrats bemoaned that it couldn't happen? An Afghanistan withdrawal that was built on contingencies that would have been met with force if broken?

If you're going to state hyperbole, at least provide examples to debate.

I'm not sure why your blaming the actions of four hundred, or so, people on an entire party. Considering that 0.000005333% of President Trump's voters rioted at the Capitol, it does seem logical to blame an entire party for the actions of a few. Especially when President Trump told them to protest peacefully and told them to go home, once he had heard what was happening.

It seems you don't like the Republican Party, in general, and you are using this as an excuse not to vote for them. I came to this conclusion, as you've completely ignored the "insane Hell" unleashed on our country by our current President and his party. Here, I'll even provide a few examples: initial Afghanistan withdrawal botch. Then, sending troops back to clean up the screw up, which led to thirteen soldiers being killed. Strict environmental policies which have led to the significant rise in fuel prices (while loosening restrictions for Russia). Massive, unneeded spending, which will lead to further inflation.

Arizona, Wisconsin still being investigated by the GOP at taxpayer expense. Most of the changes in election laws had republican support because of the pandemic. It only became an issue in the presidential election for those swing states they lost, no problem in the down ballots or any of the states they won.
