We start with Obama and Biden's efforts to fund Iran's terror efforts through eliminating sanctions against Iran. Iran is supporting, funding and equipping Hamas and other Islamic terror groups that attack and slaughter innocent civilians, particularly Israelis. Iran, as well as Hamas and other Islamic groups and organizations have long since pronounced their support for the genocide of the Israeli people. Yet time after time Democrats have supported direct funding of Palestinian terrorists. Trump had STOPPED US funding of Palestinian terror organizations; resuming that support and enabling these terrorists was one of the first things Biden did after taking office.
My question-why? Do Democrats really hate the Jewish people and want to see their death and destruction? Equally important question-Jewish Americans tend to be Democrats-WHY? These are people that are actively supporting those that are slaughtering innocent Jews.

I would argue that the Israel/Palestine conflict has very little to do with politics and everything to do with religious ideologies.
Crazy enough, there's been over 3000 recognized religions since humans began, but the Jews and the Muslims both think that their God is the right one and everyone else's God is wrong. They are willing to die for that belief and there lies the problem.

Well Israel is the only democracy in that region and the Dems seem to be pulling away from that form of Government..
What I don't understand is why the Jewish people here in the states continue to support the Democrat party?
The only reason I can think of is that the Democrats are doing their best to defy common sense and to twist logic.
Palestine is shooting rockets at Israel, Israel is defending itself from the attack and according to the Left Israel is the aggressor? Then again this is from the party that sees nothing wrong with an open border and they blame the Police for when a suspect chooses to fight, which demands the Police up their use of force which sometimes results in the suspect getting hurt or killed. The aggressor that started it all becomes the victim in the eyes of the Left when most of us see the aggressor as plain stupid.

Nope. Islam teaches the subjugation and murder of those that are not members of that political system. Islam teaches that Muhammad is the "ideal man" and to be emulated by other Islamists. Muhammad supported the murder of those that opposed him, rape and brutality against women...and was a child rapist. It's important to recognize that he was first and foremost what we would now call a "warlord" and that Islam is first and foremost a political and militaristic "organization". He created a "religion" as the marketing arm of his political system, all to enhance his power and draw the worst, most violent members of what was already a violent society to Islam.
Others that oppose Islam do not to so out of an effort to promote their religion or destroy others that do not follow their beliefs. They do so because they don't want to be slaughtered or subjugated. It has been said before-if Palestinians lay down their arms, their will be peace. If Israel lays down their arms, there will be no Israel.
IMO, it's due to the overriding goal of leftists: that everyone should be made "equal." And in pursuit of that, they mentally divide everyone into the "oppressed" or the "oppressors" - and that is because they cannot acknowledge that some people do not do as well in life because of their own life decisions, or that they are simply less intelligent, less capable, or less disciplined than those who achieve more.
The problem comes about because the leftists ALWAYS side with the group they've deemed "oppressed" - and against those who have done better. You see this play out everywhere: Obama scolds successful business owners that they "didn't build that!"; leftists promise illegal aliens all sorts of benefits at the expense of law-abiding American citizens; liberal mayors go overboard in releasing repeat offenders accused of the most violent crimes at the expense, again, of law-abiding citizens; bright children are deprived of advanced math classes in order to bring them down to the level of those who don't do as well; and so forth.
But the worst, to Democrats, is a group of people who have been oppressed for millennia - expelled, exterminated; etc. - and despite this, manage to rise to the top of virtually any free society. How can they be both the persecuted, AND the successful? It negates their entire world view.
Thus, the resentment and jealously of Jews boil up to the top among Democrats. We too this see play out. They are not only willing to elect blatant, antisemites to Congress, but other Democrats (including Jewish ones) protect them. The DC liberals allow a horrible antisemite on the DC Council to remain after advancing an infamous Farrakhan accusation. They cheer on the antisemitic BDS chapters, responsible for much Jew-hate in campuses nationwide. The NAACP president defends a chapter president who posted a Jew-hate meme, despite Jews' calls for his resignation. (The antisemite is still in his office.)
So you take this tolerance among liberals for antisemitism among their ranks (or worse, outright advancement of it), and combine it with their mindset that requires they defend the underdog - and it's pro Islamic terrorists and anti-Israeli Jews. They will continue to insist that hating Israel has nothing to do with hating Jews, but this sentiment is proven wrong by the vicious things said about Jews on virtually every thread dumping on Israel. (In fact, the ones who start the Israel-hate threads are the ones who reveal the most hateful attitudes toward Jews in general.)

It's because, with rare exception, their liberalism trumps their Judaism. They are so driven to defend the underdog that they will stick up for them even if it means denigrating their own people. It is beyond their understanding that they are sticking up for terrorists who want to see Israel destroyed, when it is Israel that would welcome them with open arms if another Holocaust occurs.
I think it's because at the moment, the perception is the "Right Wing" supports Israel. The "Right Wing" are made up of the GOP, and that means many Trump supporters. So that is where the hate starts.
It is funny how the left is standing up for the side that hates the LGBT community, violates women's rights, and many other horrible things. It really shows how hate filled they, themselves are.
