I think many on the left just don't know the rules for applying for asylum in our country nor do they care. It's only based on the above not being poor. As I asked before, if these unaccompanied minors are being persecuted then why aren't their parents coming with them? Wouldn't they be persecuted to? It's all BS as we know that only 80% of "adults" have a viable asylum claim and yet we have thousands of unaccompanied minors coming here making that claim for themselves?

US soon becoming the world’s foster care.
Yup..just like under Obama they are being flown/bussed to various states and put into the state's foster care system.

SC told the Fed "No" this time because last time, under Obama, they overwhelmed the system with illegal kids and then SC had to foot the bill because the Fed didn't come through with the money.

Gov. Henry McMaster issued an executive order Monday instructing the state’s Department of Social Services to prevent the federal government from placing undocumented, unaccompanied migrant children from the southern border into foster care and group homes.
..
“South Carolina’s children must always be given first priority for placement into foster care and the State’s strained resources must be directed to addressing the needs of its children,” McMaster responded in a message to Leach. “Allowing the federal government to place an unlimited number of unaccompanied migrant children into our state’s child welfare system for an unspecified length of time is an unacceptable proposition. We’ve been down this road with the federal government before and the state usually ends up ‘on the hook.’”

The transporting of minors to facilities around the country is about treating THOSE kids with empathy, passion, humanity.

We can debate the morality of the parents & their criminality.....who are so desperate they allow their kids to travel unaccompanied -- either with designated smugglers or on their own (most likely the first).....but suggesting Biden is 'secretly' moving kids around the USA in some Deep State conspiracy like procedure is ridiculous.

There is nothing secret about putting kids on a plane and flying them commercial .......

This is so true! My neighbor voted for Biden, complete with all the obnoxious signs about all are welcome and BLM, and then she complained to the HOA when renters moved in on the other side. Her objection? Renters lower the caliber of the community and she doesn’t want them here.

P.S. She lost, and she now has renters to her other side. They are a lovely young couple.

This means every American child will suffer the consequences by putting more of a burden on schools and take away the focus on American children and focus on the illegals because they don't understand English..they sacrifice Americans for illegals who pack the schools and overcrowding will be a huge problem. Biden is for other countries first. We see that daily by his actions.

Yes, and who suffers the most are the children of the working class, living in modest homes, with hopes that their children can compete academically and go on to college.

The liberals who are arguing in support of this live in affluent neighborhoods, far removed from the consequences of their vote.

Read my post again.

We had a surge in 2014, 2020 and 2021.

If people believe that the last surge is Biden's 'fault' because they kept screaming he was opening the border --- that's on them - not on me.

I believe it has more to do with the conditions in the countries the people are fleeing.

Yes,, very true. What also occurs on a daily basis in America are the proceedings in Family and Probate Courts regarding the financial responsibilities of the birth parents.

This is where the. “ dead beat Dads “get their day in Court, and usually results in Judgments and Orders for defined financial support. In some states , there are pre established”” formulas” regarding earnings and percentages ,, and of course,, lack of payment may mean lack of visitation rights until reconciled and resolved.

However The Biden Regime has taken away the moral, civil law responsibility and burden for certain parents to care for their own children. These certain parents aren’’t American citizens.. They are foreigners,, invaders , and all of this is actually theft from the American taxpayer.

Our own elected leaders ,, complicit in criminal acts against the American people for the benefit of the rest of the world. The responsibilities and requirements for proper parenthood and concern for the children the non-citizen invaders placed on the earth have now been placed on the backs of The American Taxpayer..
What a slap in the face.

Here in America, we hold citizens responsible for the children they produce..Morally, legally and financially.. This Regime has created a special class of non-citizens who are exempt from the standards and traditional expectations of the tax paying citizens . Another “ Protected class”

Since this seems to be what the Biden administration wants, I think he should have run for president in Guatemala.

From what I've seen, it appears the Biden/Obama administration just wants to set this country up for failure.

The wheat and the tares grow together, till the time of the harvest. In the end corruption does not rule the day. Otherwise all would be lost.

Your post are a joke if their education and language abilities were equal to that of American children they wouldn't be coming here and you wouldn't call them persecuted.
Why are you running interference for what is clearly an invasion of this country and treasonous behavior by our would be president
