Interesting……and I thought the Republicans were on the spiral downward because of Trump

House Republican Campaign Arm Announces Record-Breaking April Fundraising Haul

The House Republicans’ campaign arm, the National Republican Congressional Committee (NRCC), brought in more than $11.2 million for its best off-year April fundraising ever.

The NRCC, touting this as its best off-year April fundraising, said it has more than doubled what the committee was able to raise in the last cycle during the same month, according to a press release.

... Fundraising Haul

Not a surprise when one considers the very wealthy support the Republican party. The wealthy need a political mouthpiece, and the Republican Party provides that, they do it well.

They masquerade as ordinary folks when they want to hold office, but they tend to be very wealthy or they are supported by the very wealthy, and they want to keep control. So the money keeps pouring in.

Matt Gaetz? wealthy family.

Marjorie Greene? wealthy family.

Josh Hawley? wealthy family.

Mitch McConnell? wealthy through corruption and married into global wealth.

If they need a cash infusion they just call their friends and golfing partners, or run down the list of wealthy donors and call them personally for a chat ... and make a few promises.

These people are not like ordinary folks.
