If this were being used as a "tag line", doesn't it seem that the other workers would know what that particular rope was doing right there, hung in the middle of nowhere in that building? Does that look to you like it was placed there for some construction purpose? What are they doing with that, specifically?
(I'm a little surprised whoever put that thing there could do it without being seen by someone or video surveillance, actually. This isn't a rope tossed over a low beam or discarded in a corner. It took effort to get that thing up there, and if it's being used for some purpose related to construction I'd sure like to hear it).
Maybe ropes should go the way of Aunt Jemima....we certainly don`t want to offend anyone.
