Marrying someone of another so-called race does not mean someone hates themselves. You may marry based on race but some people actually look at the individual.

Furthermore, not sure how it’s self-hatred. Most Black people in the U.S. do not share her background. Neither do most Asians. So whoever she married would be different from her, not just “racially” but culturally. You probably can’t grasp that since obviously your race is your culture.
