I have no doubt that Biden isn’t running the country is he is both mentally and physically not capable. It funny, and sad at the same time that Biden has to give a speech, he’s “Missing in Action” for one to two weeks so his handlers can prep him. IMHO, I believe he’s not only being prepped... To read a teleprompter, but drug up on performance medication to keep him focused and not drifting off into the far left field.
He’s the president till that other idiot takes over and basically, I accept the fact that the country is screwed. With that said, I will not pick up arms, being retired military, in the Retired Reserves, to defend the nation for this administration which couldn’t cars less about the American people.
