On Friday, Customs and Border Patrol agents received instructions on a new policy: Effective immediately, the Department of Homeland Security would no longer allow deportations of Nicaraguan illegal aliens under Title 42, a clause within the 1944 Public Health Services Law that "allows the government to prevent the introduction of individuals during certain public health emergencies."
All Nicaraguans entering the U.S. illegally, with some exceptions related to criminal history, will be released directly into the U.S. as of Friday afternoon, Just The News has learned.
the prohibition on deporting Nicaraguans will lead to a surge of Nicaraguans heading to the U.S., as well as many coming from other countries claiming to be Nicaraguans, knowing they won't be deported under Title 42.
I agree. The Biden Bunch is pushing all these illegals on the Blue states and wouldn't it be terrific if the Governors of those states bus their "new citizens" to Delaware and DC where they will be no doubt welcomed with open arms and open wallets....

All conservative states should start bussing there illegals to Delaware.
I also like how they are trying to stop Venezuelan and Cuban immigrants. The two groups south of the border that strongly side with republicans. Also the two that have the strongest case of asylum. Clown world.
DeSantis floats sending migrants to Delaware in response to Biden admin's migrant flights to Florida
"Florida Gov. Ron DeSantis on Wednesday floated sending migrants to President Biden’s home state of Delaware, in response to the dozens of migrant flights DeSantis says have landed in Florida at the behest of the Biden administration.
"If they’re going to come here, we’ll provide buses," DeSantis said of the migrants on the flights. "I will send them to Delaware and do that."
"If he’s not going to support the border being secure, then he should be able to have everyone there," he said.
