Do you think he should be held liable for his actions?
What are the damages?
I'm not saying what he did was right, but I don't know what you mean "liable for his actions". Our court system is an innocent until proven guilty system and the burden of proof would be on the plaintiff. I just didn't see what the actual damages are.
Again I do not agree with lying but we've heard 4 years of people being upset about words and now the pendulum has swung so I'm wondering what has changed.

Watch the video. He made up a story identifying two Troopers with the same last name and had his followers dox them and their family. They received phone calls, death threats etc over a story that never happened, he put Officer's lives in dangers. Had one of those Officer's been injured over this, I feel he should he held liable.
