It happened all over the country. My local hospital closed its psychiatric ward decades ago. Being mentally ill and so therefore perceived to be unable to control one's self is still an utter disgrace to society.

Yes -- and that is why I think everyone who approved school lockdowns after it was proven that children had very little risk should feel a LOT of guilt right now!
