How many fat cops can actually run down a skinny crack dealer any way? Only happens on cop shows. In the real world they just get tired and shoot or if they finally catch him they'er so mad they beat the crap out of them for making them run.

Brilliant! More cops may actually want to join now that they don't have to run, and more may stay. Just make a new law to "shoot em if their runnin." Make more target practice mandatory, paralyzer guns, develop the electronic lasso to reach farther, employ more dogs or robo dogs, attack drones, etc.

Nah, just sit back and watch. The criminals will hang themselves. The more they have the more other criminals will take care of them to get it.
