Furthermore, they assert that the approaches will “discriminate against law-abiding U.S. energy companies and their employees, impede economic growth, and drive up consumer costs,” adding that the strategy in question would make the free market submit to the will of politicians.

If Biden really wants to destroy the oil/gas companies, why doesnt he just release some the 'technologies and inventions that have been suppressed over the years by the Patent office, (using the Invention Secrecy Act of 1951)?
Nothing pisses off the right-wing more than asking them to provide facts.
