It's a great point. Bad Russia, bad Putin is all we heard for the last 4 years. Two major strikes on the US from Russia and crickets from the left. Are they asleep up there? A few republicans have spoken out but not nearly enough, and I haven't seen on thing from a single democrat other than Biden's weak reply.

And the American consumer and business community will make that possible. I remember telling a friend in 1992 that every time she bought a product made in China she was helping to raise their standard of living. She thought I was nuts.

As much as POTUS Trump told us to beware of China, he too was helping them.

When the pandemic was underway, the fact the the medical community was on their own buying PPE was a windfall for the Chinese.

The out bidding each other raised the price for all purchasers.

Looks to me like telling American companies to make it would have saved all of us money. And not enriched the Chinese even more.

Have Americans stopped buying Chinese products?

China goes to Africa and builds roads and factories, sells cheap clothes and shoes in exchange for diamonds and oil.
The NATO countries send bombers to Africa and destroy Libya stealing oil and diamonds.

Which approach will work better?

NPR is reporting that the company that handles ferry service off of Massachusetts has been hacked, and to expect issues with service to Martha’s Vineyard and elsewhere. Looks like this hits the Elites up there , so maybe they will realize they can also suffer like ordinary people. Better get on it Joe and Kamala , there has to be some big Progressive donors up there. Of course the really big ones don’t use the ferries. Wonder if Michelle Obama is inconvenienced?
