Ahh, shifting the goalposts, I see. The point is that a lot of "conservatives" (actually "cultural reactionaries") see nothing wrong with fat-shaming, yet Biden is clearly more trim and in better condition than Trump.
As for the higher cognition part - don't EVER say that about Biden when your "team (non)leader" called Bhutan "Button" and Nepal "Nipple". Not to mention the UV in the body and bleach injections. Plus not knowing that Ireland (excluding Northern Ireland) is completely independent of the UK. Hell, he didn't even know where Alabama was on a map - claiming it was in the path of Hurricane Dorian, when it actually hit the Georgia coast. Claiming that windmills cause cancer, and (earlier, in 2012) contributed to global warming.. (Source for the last claim).

I’m not a Biden supporter/voter, nor a Democrat, but I’d guess that Biden supporters would be inclined to bring this up to get under the skin of Trump supporters, as Trump likely isn’t capable of doing this.
So demented useless Biden is riding his bike and eating ice cream and having a grand old time while the country is suffering from one crisis after another.
That said, maybe this IS the best thing he could do. Can't really F things up any more than they already are.
