They had fully auto... The Pickle Gun.

All private peoples weapons, no government involvement in anyway, until after the Civil War.

This statement is one made in ignorance and absence of knowledge. Natalie: please educate yourself before trying to educate others.

Default California Assault Weapon Law Ruled Unconstitutional

https://www.latimes.com/world-nation...al-judge-rules

Sanity rules. I am impressed. I never thought I'd see it here. This of course means more bs and running through the courts....again. 9th circus here we come. SCOTUS within five years hopefully. This house of cards is going to fall.

My prediction, the USSC will not take the case and let stand the ban of the lower court.

Because. as we all know, it's so very sane to allow the citizenry to stockpile assault weapons. That's the sign of a healthy, happy society, dontcha know? Just wait until agriculture in CA collapses due to long-term drought. People will be machine-gunning each other over food. If you haven't figured out how to move to Canada yet, I'd work on that now, rather than try to crash the gate after your particular brand of "sanity" explodes onto society.

Yes indeed.
It is there but for Laws passed against our Right though those themselves violate the Constitution.
