If you live in the United States, there is a social contract that you are a party to, namely you agree to live by the Constitution and the laws derived from it. The Constitution give Congress specific authority to levy taxes to pay the bills of the country.

If you evade your taxes, you violate the law. If you violate the law, there are consequences. If you don't like paying taxes, you are certainly free to move to another country where they do not levy taxes.

I think the primary example of whites who were ever enslaved by Africans were the Mamluks in Egypt (inspiration for the Unsullied in Game of Thrones). And in that case the enslaving Africans were Arabs not originally from Africa.

Again, the Barbary pirates who enslaved Europeans were north African.

Are there any examples of black Africans who enslaved white people? I'm not aware of any.

Who cares? It’s likely they would have at some point if they had easy access to them. They didn’t, so they enslaved people in their own lands. They don’t get some gold star because they enslaved people with the same skin color. Skin color is such a small minded way of segregating people, as there are many differences of people with the same skin color.

You mention North Africa and still asked the question.

But this has been a practice for 4000 years, not unique to the u.s. 400 years. I'm sure there is documentation within the culture of Africa --- or other areas for that matter, black people migrated globally and obtained wealth.
ps: why does it matter? white skin is an anomaly in evolution.
