Go ahead and believe that…. Biden can’t string two clear or understandable sentences together without a teleprompter!!

Heck, even Boris Johnson of the United Kingdom “shushed” Biden publicly AND do you truly think Biden has the mental capacity to take on Putin?? Putin will probably walk out since I’m pretty sure that the American translator will not be able to translate Biden’s mumbly rants. Plus, if Putin walks out, it clearly shows how’s controlling their meeting…. Think Reagan and Gorbachev back in the mid 1980s when Reagan walked out of their meeting early.

The only time Biden has been able to string two-three sentences together is when he’s looking at a 9 year old little girl and commenting how she looks 19!! Sorry, you can’t get any creepier than that!!

Biden’s first overseas function as the President of the United States has been a complete disaster and an embarrassment. Biden should conceal the meeting with Putin and fly back to Washington DC as soon as possible!! I’d put money on the fact that Putin will tell the world’s press that Biden is a potato and just an empty suit, not worthy of his time.

Sorry, there isn’t enough adrenaline injections and/or other performance drugs they can give Biden to keep his mind in the game and not drifting off into La La Land and daydreaming about little 9 year old girls.

Putin is secretly delighted, as the meeting signifies the importance of Russia as a world power.

In terms of Biden, he will go there and try to lay the law down regarding human rights, however the US has already tried this with China, only to be told in no uncertain terms where to go.

The best that can be hoped for is a slight easing of tensions, and a possible future agenda for some nuclear/military arms control and a future review of Russian sanctions if they agree to work with the west to stop cyber attacks and interference in elections etc.

It's in Russia's own interest to have better relations with the west, and to see sanctions reduced.

Putin has met Biden before, and although I doubt he especially likes him, he will have a political agenda, and will use old Joe to try and get what he wants in negotiations.

Putin's agenda includes NATO forces and missiles defence being moved, so they are further away from Russia and the grey zone countries, and he will also want less western interference in Ukraine and other former Soviet states, which once constituted a buffer zone around Russia,

Oh please, you act like this is some special recognition the US is giving to Russia. Bilateral meetings between Russian and American leaders have been a common occurrence for a long time.

If he can remember it, remember no teleprompter to read off of. Jill won't be beside him to hold his hand.

trump listened more than you think, because he disagreed with them, he was only talking about people at the top, not those actually doing the work.

putin knows what? That he is in a strong position going into this meeting and ole' joe is in a weak position going into this meeting, yes, putin fully understands that.

President Joe Biden declared that "America is back at the table" Sunday as he concluded his first Group of Seven summit on his first overseas trip as president and prepared to head for Brussels for another round of talks with top allies at a NATO summit.

"America's back in the business of leading the world alongside nations who share our most deeply held values," Biden said during a press conference at the conclusion of the G-7 summit.

"I think we've made some progress in re-establishing American credibility among our closest friends," Biden continued, in an indirect reference to his predecessor, former President Donald Trump, who rattled traditional multilateral alliances during his presidency with his "America First" approach to foreign policy.

I don't know how anyone can consider being back at the table, when joe was publicly shushed (twice) and laughed at by the entire g7 in front of the world.

But, the left is used to being laughed at....so maybe they thinks it good to be laughed at.

I never said that the countries hadn't met previously under difficult circumstances, however as pointed out by Russian academic and political analysts themselves, it allows Putin to demonstrate Russia's place on the world stage, and this is important to Putin and the Kremlin.

On top of all that, there's the moment in March when Joe Biden agreed with an interviewer that Vladimir Putin was "a killer".

And yet, the two men are set to meet as presidents for the first time, and some in Russia see that as an achievement in itself.

The summit is important in terms of symbolism; it puts Russia in the same league as the US, and for Putin symbolism is not unimportant," says Andrei Kortunov, director of the RIAC think-tank in Moscow.

"Putin definitely wants to be equal to the US president. He wants to be respected on his terms," political analyst Lilia Shevtsova agrees. "Putin wants to demonstrate macho muscle and to be a member of the club."

You have a different perspective than news sources outside of your Fox/OANN etc bubble, especially those outside of the USA, who don't spin Democrat or Republican. Some thoughts from Deutsche Welle in English:

Joe Biden is a breath of fresh air according to Boris Johnson. They will work together to minimize the interference through disinformation from Russia and China. Reference: https://www.dw.com/en/joe-biden-bori...-g7/a-57845062

Biden was very tough on China, as exemplified in this article from the same source: https://www.dw.com/en/us-president-b...ina/a-57868619

Biden was successful in lowering the temperature on the aerospace trade war. Same source: https://www.dw.com/en/biden-meets-eu...eed/a-57896439

Biden further lowers the trade war temperature Trump started with the EU with steel and aluminum being cleared: https://www.dw.com/en/eu-us-ties-und...war/a-57855158

Biden, and the rest of the G7, agreed on a roadmap for a minimal global tax regime, whereby international companies could not avoid taxes by playing one country against another. https://www.dw.com/en/g7-agrees-hist...ate/a-57786417

I could go into more successes, however, your narrative is not what the outside world see, free from partisan news in the USA.

Interesting how Putin called Biden "professional," "balanced" & "moral." I don't think the meaning is lost here, how he was insinuating that T was the opposite of this.

He is not wrong. Other countries' leader feels safe and can laugh at him. One big happy family
