At worst, CRT says that laws from 30 years ago still affect people today, and they do.
Both of my parents went to black only high schools, not by choice, but because of segregation in Alabama. My parents own a house where they do, because that is where black people were told they had to live in my town.
I dont get why that is hard for people to understand.
