Ubax Gardheere, a Seattle-area Muslim activist running for King County Council boarded the Highline School District bus full of children in January 2010 and threatened to blow it up with a bomb.
Gardheere then called the children “cowards” as they fled in fear.
Isn't it funny in a sad way that we are all saying that she will overwhelmingly get elected? It really is an interesting commentary on what people think of the far left.
Perception is with many of the brainless, that if you do not vote Democrat you will lose some specific personal benefit that you have been enjoying and the Republicans will take away those benefits.
Eleven years ago that incident transpired. Though the article was edited to 'sell' the partial truth to the subterranean right wingers. There was more to this incident : and restitution was administered.
Sounds like she is working to improve her environment and the community. That's what most folks who go into civil service try to accomplish. Betterment.
Eleven years ago...just wonder if that's long enough to serve time as an outcast. ?
No. Not for threatening to blow up a bus full of kids, calling them white cowards when they tried to flee and telling them they would be responsible for getting the ones left behind hurt. How that was not charged as a hate crime is beyond me. I am just stunned it got pled down to a misdemeanor.
But, she hasn’t served 11 years as an outcast, has she? She has been employed by the Seattle city government with a salary in excess of $125,000 since 2016, six years after the event. She was appointed to the Housing Affordability and Livability Advisory Committee in 2014, four years after the event. We should all be so lucky to be that kind of outcast.

Now THAT is a racist - a POC threatening to murder a bunch of innocent kids - and then calling them “white cowards” when they run away.
Whenever there’s any question whether something is racist, all one needs to do is reverse the race: What would have been the liberal reaction (or conservatives’ reaction for that matter) if a white woman threatened to blow up a school bus of black children, and then mocked them as “black cowards” for running away?
That this woman not only wasn’t charged with a hate crime AND is employed by the city government, but is now poised to be elected to office by Democrats just shows how tolerant liberals are of racists.

Including ones they made as 15-year-olds!
The hypocrisy of liberals is stunning.
