Following Boris Johnson describing Biden as a "breath of fresh air", it seems Putin feels the same. They can disagree on issues, but they can have stable, intelligent discussions. Just listen to Biden's presser after the summit.

I don't see any "love" for Putin. What I do see that finally the USA has a President who doesn't kiss Putin's pattoie, treats him as a serious politician, who has outlasted 4 previous Presidents, and who is at the top of a country that attempts to sow discord in the USA and other western countries.
